The challenge

A Norwegian manufacturer needed 12 pallets of replacement propulsion parts in Belgium before a vessel left dry dock. Their previous forwarder quoted 9 days door-to-door.

What we did

Collicare consolidated the pallets onto a dedicated road-ferry rotation out of Kristiansand, pre-filed export documentation the same afternoon, and handed over to our Antwerp partner for last-mile delivery to Putte.

The challenge

A high-value consignment was held at the border for an incomplete commodity declaration, with a retail launch date 48 hours away and storage fees accruing daily.

What we did

Our brokerage team rebuilt the HS classification, filed a corrected declaration with supporting invoices, and paid duties on the customer's behalf under our DDP facility to avoid a second inspection queue.

The challenge

Trial samples had to stay between 2–8°C across two flights and a road leg. Any excursion over 30 minutes would void the shipment.

Collicare packed to validated 96-hour thermal specification, fitted dual live temperature loggers, and routed via a single airline transfer with airside priority handling in Milan.

The brand's own warehouse capped out at 900 parcels a day. Forecast peak demand was over 4,000 a day for eleven straight days.

We onboarded their catalogue into two Collicare fulfilment hubs, added evening pick-pack shifts, and split carrier allocation dynamically by destination to keep every lane inside its cut-off.

The importer was paying LCL rates on five separate small shipments from three Asian ports every month, with unpredictable arrival dates.
